I am not a porn star but it appears my 7.5” length and 6+” circumference is larger than average – a past girlfriend measured it after she got it to full attention.

From what I have read on this forum I am currently most interested in the Meiki products but I am a little concerned with tears and layer separation even though these products do stretch.

Which would be right for a first-timer like me?

Really I stick with any of the higher end premium models... most of the cheaper stuff can't keep up with guys larger than 6"+

Welcome to the community     I'd say probably go with a meiki if you want the full realistic experience...but I think with your size there will probably be minor tears at the entrance of the toy... but the small tear mine hasn't stretch very far to the point where it's not useable. have fun!

Probably one of these Meiki first. See if you like the material then you can try the dual layer or one of the clone meiki (super soft material) later

NPG Meiki or Clone/DNA Meiki products have the ability to stretch and yet not feel like the're strangling your happy guy.  Whatever you do, avoid the temptation to buy the less expensive onaholes from ToysHeart - unless you like the feeling of a silicone vise clamp.

Thanks for the welcome and your recommendations. I had narrowed my selection to the following three Meikis: Ozawa, Nao Yoshizaki and ZXY. With Nao Yoshizaki currently out of stock and its higher price have it down to : Ozawa and ZXY. HardGay’s recommendation of Ozawa has me leaning that direction.

Well Miss Ozawa is a great starting point! Most first time buyers of premium models usually go with the Ozawa sleeve, it's super soft, has great realistic texture and rarely disappoints. IMHO the ZXY is better because of enhanced gspot area and dual layer design. Both are really great sleeves and would be considered the staple in anyone's collection around this forum, but each do carry concerns and cons. The Ozawa sleeve may be deemed the most realistic by most but can be a little too loose and floppy for some and the ZXY's 2nd internal layer can be considered rough or uncomfortable for guys who are sensitive or uncut. Both also seem to have issues with  little tears forming around the opening but this issue is generally cosmetic and doesn't affect proformance.

Like I stated earlier the ZXY is my favorite of the two, but I'd side with HG on this one. I'd start out with Miss Ozawa see if you like what she has to offer then go from there. I still use my Ozawa sleeve and it always reaffirms my decision to purchase it!

She arrived in three days - pretty fast shipping.

I have been pleased! Closest to the real thing I have experienced.

All my experience so far has been hands on. It is pretty floppy. Wrapping a small towel around it helps with the grip.

The one I received also has that small hole another poster mentioned. It could be an injection point or release point for the silicone mold.
