I don't think it's meant to be used by a couple at the same time... I looked up lelo's site description on the product.. it says "Oden works best as an external massager to be worn by a male partner during intercourse."  So i'm thinking it's either worn by the guy as a vibrating cock ring OR use it as a vibrating massager on the girl... so it's not going to stimulate both ppl simultaneously...but it does look pretty sleek...i like the design.
