How do make Topics and Reply to threads?

I just wanted to know or point out for me at least the "create new Topic" tab is invisible or at least the words are.
I still can't figure out how to "Reply" to another topic?

Oh, I found it... that "Reply" option was invisible too.

Sorry about that. We are trying to roll fixes together rather than constant file updating. It shouldn't be invisible for too long.
