Nice quick review. However, from what everyone has said on these forums, it's best not to turn it inside out. You do not want to damage such a beautiful product!

"But only by doing this can you clean it entirely! Between my health and the product, I choose my health :-)"

I agree with you in theory, and there is a way to have the best of both worlds - wash your Sarah with medium-hot water and antibacterial soap, rinserinserinse and then rinse some more, drain upside down (not inside out) for a half minute or so, then gently place a clean microfiber towel inside all the way to the back to get most of the residual moisture out.  The elastomer material is like a a bit porous, and any remaining moisture can encourage mold/bacterial growth.  SO, after towel drying use a small wisk - about 2 inch diameter - to gently prop open the outer canal, and let air dry overnight.  A couple of users here on the forum also recommend a small fan (definitely recommended if the humidity is high) in front of the toy to help dry.  Resist the temptation to use a blowdryer, though.  It will cause your Sarah to stiffen way before her time  :o

As for storage, just remember to never leave her in direct sunlight.  UV will degrade the material almost as fast as cleaning/rinsing with too hot water temps. I keep my toys in a drawer covered with towels, underwear, or whatever is clean and will prevent curious or nosy visitors from easily discovering them.  Hope this helps!

Couldn't you buy one of the toy bags TD sells and store it in that? assuming it's all powdered up, and you leave the bag some place safe. should be all good.

I bought like 5 of them bags from TD.. it's really good in quality for storage since the original boxes these toys comes in is starting to pile up and not looking so discrete :P

roflmao. I suppose if you live alone then you can have a special closet set up with everything nice and neat in their display box.

But the bags are much more discrete. I must say though. I was seriously impressed seeing the Meiki Sarah Box. It looked so well made. Bravo!
