Hi I noticed a lot of good review of the product (extreme soft, etc) and I'm thinking of getting one.
But is this really that good? How is it compared to NPG's meiki such as Maria or Sarah?

I don't have the Sarah (yet), so here's my take on a comparison between the Meiki Maria and Clone DNA Miyu Hoshino.

The Hoshino is a bit softer then Maria, costs about $10.00 less, and has absolutely no odor.  It can be carefully turned inside out for cleaning and drying - a real advantage if you are like me and don't like to spend much time on cleanup. 

On the other hand the Maria just feels more realistic, in my opinion.  The canal design just can't be beat, and the material is just the right combination of softness for realism and firmness for stimulation.

Both of these toys are superb.
