If you have a really bad case of DGS I suggest using only the meikis for awhile, could take you 2 weeks to cure your nerve endings, could take even longer.  Glad to know I could help you out.  I have owned several toys before (fleshlight, tenga, others) and meikis are by far the best of them all.  Once you cure your DGS you will notice what I mean.

How can i clean at best the meiki? With isopropanol alcohol? i will clean the remains of the lube. There are many little blobs on the outside surface.

yea there are free vids of sarah online, we cant post links though, search SOD (sex on demand) sarah, you will find some, i did download one of them but it sucked cuz they censor out the vagina, so you only see her tits.

you can clean it with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl).  you can use regular hand soap to.  the blobs are probably little air pockets, if it isnt little air pockets (micro sized) or lint then you might have an issue, and i cant help you with this.  always remember to clean the thing after each use.

I would suggest only using warm water to flush it out well. I had a problem with my first one where the inside layer was destroyed after the first use. Those many little blobs mentioned sound like the same as what happened with mine after the first cleaning. They are pieces from the inside layer coming off. I'm not sure if it was defective, or if it was the hand soap or rubbing alcohol that did it.
