Anyone aware of any quality toys with vibration? I have contemplated 'modifying' a existing toy (meliki or fleshlight), but simply setting a vibrator on the outside is pretty cumbersome (and doesnt work very well anyway), and I am not quite brave enough to cut into the material itself (to form pockets for the vibrators). I know fleshlight makes a model with places for vibrating bullets, but I always wondered how long those tiny batteries would last (seems like it would be nice to have the option to plug in and avoid batteries).

What are our options here?

Unfortunately there's not a whole lot of options for vibration. There's the Meiki Temptation and Flirtation, where there's a little anal hole to put in a bullet, and the Passionate Love Hole, which I reviewed.

I stuck vibes in my dual hole toys for some extra excitement, but the Cobra Libre is by far the best vibrating male toy.
