Hope there are some friendly folk willing to impart their wisdom!

I have some toys in need of replacement and probably want to get just two.
Historically preference has been for tightness with plenty of stimulation, over realism.
I also find products that are too thick annoying as it overly mutes pressure from squeezing.

My short list includes
- Seven Teen Evo
- Meiki ZXY
- Meiki Story OL
- Meiki Maria Ozawa

Obviously as I'm looking at 2, it would be great for them to be 'different' rather than two good products that are sort of the same.

Can anyone assist?

Based on your preferences, I'd recommend the Seventeen Evo and the Meiki ZXY.  The 17 Evo is tight with plenty of stimulation, also not very thick overall.  However, the separation of the 2 layers in the 17 Evo IS a problem, unfortunately.  So keep that in mind, if you get the Evo it will probably separate... eventually.  The ZXY is tighter than the Maria Ozawa but is not as realistic, IMO.  The ZXY is also a bit bulky but that is a minor problem.  The Maria Ozawa is awesome, I use it almost every day personally, but it is not very tight and the stimulation is a bit more subtle than the ZXY.  I have not tried the Meiki Story OL so I could not comment on it.

Important notes: 

1.  Just because the 17 Evo separates does NOT mean it isn't worth it, it feels incredible.  If you read the reviews most people say they replace it after breaking, I always thought that was crazy, especially since it's a $50 toy, but then I got one and I understood why, it feels that good.  If you get it, be very gentle where the 2 layers meet at the entrance to the hole, that's where the separation begins.  IMO, be generous with lube and try not to use a lube that dries out quickly.  I always recommend Astroglide.

2.  The ZXY is bulky and unless you have gigantic hands, will effect the noticeable pressure from squeezing.  The interior is designed to maximize stimulation though, there is also a feeling of pressure just from the design of the toy itself, the way the g-spot pushes down on your cock when your inside.  However, the Maria Ozawa is not nearly as big as the ZXY and there is much more control over the pressure from squeezing.  As I mentioned though, the toy is softer than the ZXY and the interior is a much more delicate, soft... massage(IMO), whereas the ZXY has more noticeable stimulation from the texture and firmer internal material.

3.  Just because IMO the ZXY does not feel AS realistic as the Maria Ozawa does NOT mean the ZXY isn't realistic.  The ZXY is still a very realistic feeling onahole, to some it is more so than the Maria Ozawa, from my personal experience I think the softer material of the Maria Ozawa is more "realistic" when compared to actual vaginal intercourse.
